SpectralExtractor¶
The SpectralExtractor class extracts spectral signatures from segmented regions.

Methods¶
__init__()- Initialize extractor
extract(data, mask, wavelengths)- Extract spectral signatures from masked regions
save_csv(filepath)- Save results to CSV file
